Inumbrina

With the release of Extremis’ renowned Inumbra parasol, the demand for a lighter version led the company to develop Inumbrina: a little Inumbra. The Inumbrina has the same advantages as its larger predecessor, including the sleek design, simplicity, and high wind resistance. The Inumbrina opens with an innovative pulley system. When opened, the parasol has either a hexagonal or octagonal shape, depending on the size. This grid creates a canopy of shade and is also space-efficient. With the design of the Inumbrina parasol, ropes and rods are hidden from sight—as the mechanical components are located at the top instead of underneath the parasol. What’s left is a smooth, floating canvas with an aerodynamic design that is made to liven any outdoor space.
