Going virtual has had its perks for the firm. Before the pandemic, most of DKOR Interiors’ presentations were presented in person. With all the new technologies their clients are becoming familiar with, including Zoom and Facetime, the firm can reach out to the clients directly to give them quicker updates on their projects, creating more moments to connect.
As their clients become more comfortable working remotely, they’ve begun to use the firm on projects outside of the state, such as second homes in New York, New Jersey, and Maryland, and even outside of the country in Canada and Mexico. With the ease of virtual collaboration, the firm anticipates more virtual projects.
The Future of DKOR Interiors
Although the firm is known for its residential projects, it is currently working on a large-scale commercial project. A 200-unit residential complex in Northern Florida, DKOR Interiors is choosing the finishes within all the units. The firm is excited to continue exploring further commercial opportunities.
