Vibia Outdoor Lighting
Vibia is a global architectural lighting company that offers designer lighting products that embody the harmony of atmosphere and matter, the balance of emotion and function, and the connection between delicacy and technology.
Light and design are deeply connected for Vibia – a luxury lighting company based in the city of Barcelona – where design and culture, both past and present, are virtually part of the religion.
Vibia’s outdoor lighting collections feature a range of shapes from organic to sleek and utilize materials both natural and industrial. The outdoor collections include smartly designed outdoor floor lamps, hanging lamps, table lamps, ceiling lamps, and portable lamps, all of which can seamlessly integrate with any exterior environment. The company is constantly evolving with new technologies such as smart dimming control, connectivity systems, and more to make your outdoor lighting experience as effortless as can be. Moreover, all Vibia outdoor lighting is equipped with a guaranteed minimum LED light IP rating of 64, so both your carefully manicured landscapes and thoughtfully selected outdoor furnishings are illuminated to perfection.
Vibia’s outdoor lighting collections are ideal for both public and private gardens and terraces. In fact, many of the outdoor lamps (like those in customizable Break Collection or the award-winning Empty Collection) look more like avant-garde or modern sculptures than lighting fixtures. Others function as both outdoor lighting fixtures and furniture pieces. The Meridiano Collection, for example, doubles as seats or side tables. And, thanks to a variety of customization options, Vibia outdoor lighting can be tailored to accommodate any exterior decor or design vision.
Vibia Lighting was founded in 1987 as a family company in Barcelona, Spain. It then channeled its industrial and service abilities to construct a team of individuals that create unmatched luxury lighting products and experiences. Vibia has used its local knowledge to build a global business that is currently present in 80 countries, with a U.S. subsidiary in Edison, New Jersey.
Vibia outdoor lighting is intended for those who want to make a design statement… one that speaks of an acumen for exquisite and exciting exterior design. CLIMA Home is proud to represent the extraordinary lighting collection that is Vibia and is pleased to guide you toward the Vibia outdoor lighting pieces that best suit your lighting needs.
Materials
Vibia selects only the finest, most durable materials for each of its outdoor collections, which include a range of metals (including aluminum, steel, and Zamak), blown and pressed glass, fiberglass, wood, polycarbonate, polyurethane, and concrete.
Designers
Vibia’s design process is rooted in collaboration. It exchanges concepts and inspiration with a network of world-class product design studios that meet its uncompromising standards. Vibia Lighting vets these specialists through specific criteria, ensuring that they are aligned with – and contribute to – the ethos of every project. And with each design studio bringing its own personal soul to the process, they collectively share creative ideas and soar to greater heights. Vibia’s outdoor design collaborators include:
- Alberto Lievore, Jeannette Altherr, and Manel Molina of design studio Lievore Altherr Molina (Brisa)
- David Ramos and Jordi Bassols of Barcelona design studio Ramos & Bassols (Micro and Plis)
- Barcelona design duo Claramunt & M. de Mas (Plus)
