Messalina

Messalina is Cornelia’s younger sister, and like its sibling, is a stunning suspension lamp. Designed by Massimiliano Raggi and released in 2013, Messalina is made of blown and then “metalized vacuum” glass. This technique gives a touch of magic and a game of suggestive transparencies. The lamp is made from a Matt Light Satin Bronze frame, and the diffuser is now available in Dark Amber Metallized Glass, Antique Pink Metallized Glass, and Pertol Blue Metallized Glass. Messalina is perfect for hanging over a lounge chair in a hotel, above dining tables at a restaurant, and bedside tables in residential spaces.
