Pull up a chair to the timeless solid teak Cali Dining Table. Or find refuge from the sun under one of the innovative strut design umbrellas featuring reinforced shade skins and solid-state operating systems.

Kannoa was founded in Miami in 2006 by childhood friends Luis Alejandro Blasini (President and CEO) and Philip H. Boulton (Chief Financial Officer). The pair, who grew up together in Venezuela, set out to build an outdoor furniture company that encompassed the pillars of unmatched design, functionality, durability, and harmony. From the outset, Kannoa’s founders had an innate sense that these concepts would guide not only the furniture they manufactured but the culture of the company itself.

Whether you’re looking to decorate your pool deck with casual, tropical aesthetic lounge furniture, or turn your patio into a sleek and chic outdoor dining area, Kannoa has a collection (or two or three) to suit your needs.

Materials

Kannoa is renowned worldwide for its stylish, resilient, and functional outdoor patio furniture made from only the finest raw materials. Its all-weather wicker, for example, is a premium synthetic weaving material that’s naturally water-resistant, meaning it will not develop mold or mildew. Kannoa also uses 100-percent powder-coated aluminum and steel, which is handmade by professional metalsmiths; teak, which is responsibly sourced from mature Colombian teak trees; and durable rotomolded and injected plastic. All Kannoa products are designed to withstand the elements, thus guaranteeing long-term use and enjoyment.

Kannoa’s products are offered in 20 colors – both vibrant jewel tones (aquamarine, citrine yellow, fuchsia, topaz orange, ruby red, turquoise, and more) and sophisticated neutrals (gray, silver, black, brown, and white). Mix and match colors based on your personal preferences and singular needs.

Kannoa sources its fabrics from some of the leading names in performance fabrics, including Sunbrella, Serge Ferrari Batyline, and Laurie Bell. The possibilities are endless… and should its plentiful offerings not provide precisely what you’re looking for, they can be customized to ensure your complete satisfaction. Kannoa also has an in-house sewing workroom featuring hundreds of different fabrics to accommodate clients’ specific cushion requests.

Designers

From its headquarters in Miami, Florida, Kannoa thrives from interaction with emerging designers, and is always working to integrate its furniture with the surrounding environment. Founder Luis Blasini has personally designed some of the brand’s most striking collections, including Cali, Ellie, Oslo, Taos, and Toledo.

Over the years, Kannoa has partnered with such notable brands as Eddie Bauer and P’kolino, along with renowned designers, including José de la Rosa (Maui), Jorge Luis Gonzalez (Corona and Adirondack), Claudia Mejia (Savannah), and Alison Littman (South Beach).
