Light, tactile, and pleasant to the eye, the Dansk Collection strikes a familiar chord with its clean, tapering lines that hark back to classic Danish furniture design. This outdoor furniture collection contains the Gloster Dansk Lounge Chairs, made of outdoor leather and teak; the Dansk Coffee Table Acrylic Stone, crafted of teak and ceramic; the Dansk Side Table, available in all teak or with acrylic stone; and the Dansk Stacking Chair, which features a woven seat panel in Flint-colored outdoor rope. “The way we have joined the legs to the seat and continued this connection to the arm and backrest with a gentle taper looks so delicate, but we have also been able to create eight strongly linked points of contact that thus create a very stable piece,” says designer Povl Eskilden of the stacking chair.
