Mangas Original

Mangas Original is the first Gan Brand collection designed by Patricia Urquiola. Composed of organically shaped rugs and poufs, the Mangas Original collection moves away from the conventional rectangular format and features colorful and warm textures inspired by hand-knitted sweaters. Mangas, meaning “sleeves” in Spanish, the collection is made entirely of hand-loomed wool yarns. Mangas Original took four years of research, in which Gan had to find the tools and create the complex work method that allows the weaving of these pieces on a manual loom, despite their changing textures, threads, and widths. Today, you can dress your living space in the fun color and comfy coziness of this unique collection.
