“Push the button” used to say a famous track by the Chemical Brothers. Today the buttons are no longer those of the famous “room”, but those of the gamers who from their rooms are bringing the world closer to a future in balance between real and virtual. The object that Power has designed for Driade celebrates the very first push-buttons of the 1980s arcades by transforming the old vintage buttons into a collection of container seats. “Ever since I was a child, I have always been passionate about architecture and design, from objects to large projects. Now, after my university studies, I have had the opportunity to create a piece of my own and not for just any brand but for Driade. Being able to incorporate pop culture and gaming into a big project that I am part of is the crowning achievement of my dream, of a career, but above all it is a thank you to the gaming world.” Pow3r
